Guest Services Assistance.

We strive to promote positive communication skills and behaviors, which can positively enhance the patient experience. Guest services will assist patients and their families:

  • With concerns about hospital services or the quality of our care.
  • With your suggestions on improving our services.
  • If your needs have not been met.
  • If you would like to compliment one of our Associates.

If you request assistance in resolving a concern, here is what you can expect from the process:

  • Patients and their families have a right to present concerns, and our Associates will assist you with getting the concern to our department.
  • Guest Services, in conjunction with the involved department, will analyze the concern and, when indicated, take appropriate action to correct the problem.
  • Each patient or family member expressing a concern will receive a response that addresses the concern.
  • Presenting a concern does not compromise the patient’s current or future access to care.
