Ellen Jones is president and chief executive officer for CHRISTUS Health Southeast Texas, which includes CHRISTUS Hospital–St. Elizabeth in Beaumont, CHRISTUS Hospital–St. Mary in Port Arthur, and CHRISTUS Jasper Memorial Hospital in Jasper, Texas.
With more than 25 years of service at CHRISTUS Health, Jones has served as president and chief executive officer of CHRISTUS Health Southwestern Louisiana, which includes CHRISTUS St. Patrick Hospital, since 2001. Prior to joining CHRISTUS St. Patrick Hospital, Jones served for many years at CHRISTUS St. Mary Hospital (now CHRISTUS Hospital-St. Mary) in Port Arthur, Texas, as assistant administrator and chief nurse executive.

Jones continues to serve as president and chief executive officer of CHRISTUS Health Southwestern Louisiana.
Mario Mudano

In his role as CHRISTUS Hospital–St. Elizabeth’s administrator, Mario Mudano provides leadership and operational management of the 434-bed hospital. Prior to joining St. Elizabeth, Mudano was vice president/administrator for CHRISTUS SPOHN Health System, which is comprised of six campuses in South Texas. Before his post in Texas, Mudano was the CEO for HealthSouth Hospital in Spring Hill, Florida. He has 25 years experience in health care administration working with physician practices, hospital operations, business development, and financial management. Mudano earned a bachelor’s degree from Birmingham–Southern College in Birmingham, Alabama, and a master’s degree in hospital administration from George Washington University.
Wayne Moore

CHRISTUS Hospital—St. Mary
As administrator of CHRISTUS Hospital–St. Mary, Wayne Moore provides leadership for a community-leading health care facility with a proud tradition of strong patient satisfaction and clinical quality. Moore began his tenure at St. Mary in April of 1992 in the accounting/finance department. He made his move into administration in 1999 as chief financial officer after serving as controller for one year. In 2004, Moore was appointed administrator of St. Mary where he has served the sisters, physicians, associates, and community ever since. Moore is a member of the Port Arthur Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. He is a lifelong member of the Southeast Texas community and graduated from Lamar University with both a bachelor and master’s degree in business administration.
Deborah Wiegand

CHRISTUS Jasper Memorial Hospital
As administrator of CHRISTUS Jasper Memorial Hospital, Deborah Wiegand brings more than 25 years of clinical experience to her leadership role for the 59-bed acute care facility. She has worked in hospital operations since 1991, with responsibilities for business development, strategic planning, and facility improvement, and physician relations. Wiegand earned a nursing degree from Angelina College, and completed a bachelor of science in health administration from Kennedy Western University. She is currently pursuing her masters in health administration.
